YD - 1st - Ground (GREEN TAG)

GROUND FIGHTING - Fall to Turtle to Sprinters Stand Up

  • Fall over carefully to your side or back
  • Turn away from your opponent
  • Look forward & put weight into your hands
  • Bring one knee up & transfer weight onto your toes
  • Drive forward like you are sprinting out of the blocks
  • Continue running forward
  • This stand up should be performed as fast as possible
